Lexicraft offers a labelling system, 3D-iD, to help your labels stand out. The system utilises a polyurethane dome that effectively brings flat labels to life through touch and aesthetics. Your logo becomes magnified and enhanced though the polyurethane dome, which also provides protection for the label, improving weather and UV resistance.

The 3D-iD doming process can be applied to all manner of labels, whether the label is supplied by customers, or produced by ourselves. We can dome labels that have been produced by another company and supplied to us free issue (spaced and pre-cut in sheets). Or we can dome labels we have printed in-house, whether from supplied artwork or designed from scratch by our art studio. The printing methods available for the labels are 'Screen Printing', 'Thermal Transfer' or 'Dye Sublimation'. Each method has its own strengths, contact our sales team to discuss which method is suitable for your requirements.

The polyurethane dome is applied in resin form. Our process allows many labels to be domed at once, allowing fast batch production. Machines are computer controlled to ensure accurate resin coverage.

Once the resin has been applied they are placed in special custom ovens to insure the dome dries quickly, reducing the risk of imperfection.
