Erosion or Corrosion resistant nameplates are made of anodised and colour-dyed Aluminium or Chemically Etched Stainless Steel, with permanent graphics. Fixings can be self adhesive or mechanical with rivet or screw fixings.

Nameplates can also be manufactured using plastic (PVC, Polyester or Polycarbonate). Graphics can be subsurface (reverse) printed on clear substrate so that solvents and abrasives cannot affect the label.
